Hyrox 2025 will be held from Friday, December 5th to Sunday, December 7th at the Fiera di Verona pavilions.

The event was created with the aim of bringing together endurance sports and functional fitness in a single format.
The race includes a run along a 1km circuit followed by a functional training station (rowing machine, ski erg, sled push, weighted lunges, wall ball, sled pull, long jumps, weighted walking).
The whole thing is repeated 8 times, alternating between 8 stations.
Hyrox Verona 2025, useful information
Hyrox was born from an idea by German athlete Christian Toetzke and Moritz Furste.
It is inspired by the seven basic movements the human body can perform: pull, push, squat, lunge, hinge, rotation, and gait.
You can participate alone, in pairs, or in a relay.
The average completion time for a Hyrox race is an hour and a half, and 98% of participants successfully complete the circuit.
At the end of the event, a final ranking is drawn up, allowing the best athletes to qualify for the World Championships.
